Celebrity Mommy Club Welcomes Gretchen Mol

You may remember her as “The Notorious Bettie Paige” but Gretchen Mol’s latest role is that of “mommy.”

The 34-year-old actress gave birth to a healthy and happy baby boy on September 10th, according to her rep.

Mol and husband, director Tod Williams, named the boy Ptolemy John Williams.  And they were very deliberate about having the birth take place in the Big Apple.

Gretchen told press that she and Williams moved back to New York City during her pregnancy because she “wanted to have a New York baby.” And it looks like everything is so far so good, as both mother and child are doing well.
