Friday, January 23, 2009 Catherine Zeta-Jones: Saved by Michael Douglas
Enjoying an afternoon together, Michael Douglas and Catherine Zeta Jones were spotted out and about in Los Angeles yesterday (January 22). The “Fatal Attraction” stud and his “No Reservations” wife looked to be enjoying each other’s company, with Douglas saving his lady from a shoe-induced fall as they walked down a flight of stairs. And it sounds like Catherine caught the musical bug while filming “Chicago” back in 2002, as she’s set to star in a film adaptation of the 1963 production of “Cleopatra,” called “Cleo.” According to a report, Zeta-Jones will play the Egyptian queen alongside Ray Winstone, who will play Julius Caesar. Hugh Jackman had signed on for the role of Mark Antony, but he backed out earlier this month due to scheduling conflicts. Enjoy the pictures of Catherine Zeta Jones and Michael Douglas out in LA (January 22).
