Catherine Zeta-Jones Reveals Flirting Technique
In an age where cell phones and text messages are used to woo women, Michael Douglas simply relied on good old fashioned charm and suaveness to win the heart of Catherine Zeta-Jones.
The Welsh actress, 37, recently revealed in an interview how Douglas caught her attention. He used the line “I want to father your children.”
While that may sound a bit forward for most, somehow I can see Douglas pulling it off without a problem. And as evidenced by their ongoing romance, it definitely worked.
Catherine told press, “Months later, we were dating, and I was already in love with him. But there was one thing I had to be sure of. I turned to him and said, ‘Do you really want children?’ And I thought, for that one minute, he was going to say, ‘I already have a son, Cameron,’ and I would have to say goodbye.”
But she was pleasantly surprised. “I remember saying defiantly, ‘I cannot live without having children.’ And he went, ‘Me too’. I’m crazy in love with my husband. I love my children and adore just watching them grow and change.”
