Candidates Not Good Enough For Leonardo DiCaprio
As the Hollywood A-listers clamor to support their favorite Presidential hopefuls, Leonardo DiCaprio is getting behind an unlikely candidate… no one.
That’s right, Leo says that this batch of runners doesn’t compare with his 2004 favorite, John Kerry. The Titanic star told press, “I thought he had an amazing environmental policy. But I have yet to hear a candidate that has compared in that regard.”
In order for Leo to lend his support, he needs to see something solid. “I’m waiting for the right questions to be asked, and for these candidates to give really clear responses to what they’re going to do in a tangible way - not a lot of rhetoric. I want to hear hardcore facts.”
And until Hilary, Barack, and Ron Paul get down to the nitty gritty, they shouldn’t expect support from the Blood Diamond actor. “I’m still on the fence about it, to tell you the truth. I have yet to hear a candidate that has clearly laid out their environmental policy in a way that is inspiring to me.”
