Cameron Diaz Gets Back to the Red Carpet

Greeting her fans and the press for the first time since the recent death of her father, Cameron Diaz made a grand return to the Mann Village Theatre red carpet on Thursday night (May 1).

Wearing a form fitting red mini dress and black stiletto court shoes, the 35-year-old actress was joined by fellow co-stars Ashton Kutcher and Lake Bell, as well as Eva Longoria, for the glitzy Los Angeles premiere of “What Happens In Vegas”.

When asked by Entertainment Tonight how she’s doing (since her father’s passing), Diaz replied by saying: “I’m doing very well. Thank you very much, I appreciate it.” Cameron and Ashton then talked about the Punk’d hunks inclusion on People’s 100 Most Beautiful people issue before ending the red carpet chat.

“What Happens in Vegas,” due out in theaters next Friday (May 9), is the story of “two down-on-their-luck strangers who hook up in Vegas and wake up the next day to find they got married! Shortly thereafter, one of them wins a huge jackpot after playing the other’s quarter - with the unhappy pair trying to undermine each other and get their hands on the money - falling in love along the way.”
