Calum Best Doesn’t Like Sober Lindsay Lohan

Lindsay Lohan looks like she could be one of the few celebrities who are genuinely trying to turn their lives around after having a serious addiction. Yet, somehow her on-and-off boyfriend, Calum Best, manages to see this as a negative.

Calum, the son of England’s soccer legend George Best, has reportedly dumped Lohan because he doesn’t like her being sober. A source told Britain’s Daily Star newspaper: “Calum called Lindsay last week and said he was finding her post-rehab existence dull and that he didn’t want to give up partying.”

Lets take a minute and review the situation. A superstar celebrity stops and admits that she has a serious drug problem, and makes what appears to be a serious effort to get back on the right track. In turn, degenerate boyfriend decides that his girlfriend is no longer fun and exciting because she does not excessively use drugs, and decides to cash out. This is the reality of the situation. Seriously.

One must not forget that Lohan didn’t start going to rehab until after her infamous car accident. It would be easy to jump to the conclusion that after seeing Paris Hilton being forced to serve time behind bars, Lohan is putting on a show until the storm blows over. Regardless, the Gossip Girls hope that Lindsay is able to keep her addiction under control, and get back to being a serious artist.
