Britney Spears Taken to Hospital After Custody Standoff
It was a chaotic night at the Spears household, as police were called to Britney’s home in a custody dispute that “lasted nearly three hours before an intoxicated Spears reportedly turned over her children to ex-husband Kevin Federline.”
Officer Jason Lee, a police spokesman, told City News Service: “Officers were called to the home around 8 p.m. on Thursday, and the 26-year-old singer turned over the children around 10:50 p.m.”
Lee also said that “Spears was under the influence of an unknown substance, and no injuries were reported.” He added that the incident involved a family dispute that police worked to resolve “peacefully by court order”.
After handing over her sons, Jayden James and Sean Preston, Britney was then placed on a gurney and taken to Cedars Sinai Medical Center for what police are calling a “medical hold” - which is basically a mental evaluation period.
At that time, Jayden was also taken to the hospital for unknown reasons, while Sean Preston was whisked off in a black VW.
Update: Britney’s father, Jamie Spears, showed up at the hospital to see his daughter, and Jayden was spotted in a car with an unidentified woman outside the hospital, being taken to Federline’s custody.
Update: Inital reports from police claimed that Britney was intoxicated, but hospital tests tell otherwise. “Her blood test just came back, and, thank God, it was clean. There are no traces of drugs or alcohol of any kind,” a source told Life & Style.

I think that britney should really put her shit together not for her self but for her kids, i feel bad for the little ones and her how did she get to be so fucked up, nobody can help her if she dont help herself first.

if you see this picture, you see her pupils are dialated heavily and her face look intoxicated.
maybe she was on alcohol but quite possibly she’s been on pharma-drugs or illegal drugs again.
even though she helps turn the youth into sluts, i don’t hate britney.
she just naïve. i hope she’s going to start do something good for the world one day…
instead of degrading the morals of the masses even further.

Part 1 (Brittany In Crisis)
The media has the power to intervene and perhaps get Brittany the proper help that she needs to get her life back on track. The courts have the authority to place her in a residential facility for either, or both substance abuse and mental health. If I were you I would question why the media has not investigated the judges actions or the court system of California. Why hasn’t the judge ordered Brittany to a long-term residential facility for substance abuse? She may have some mental health issues, but that cannot be determined until she is free from her substance abuse problem. She needs to be clean from both drugs and alcohol before her mental health status can be diagnosed. Brittany has made millions for both the entertainment industry and the media. It is time that you pay her back and get her the help that she deserves.

Part 2 (Brittany In Crisis)
If the investigative reporters would begin to put pressure on the judge and the court system of California maybe the outcome for her future will be beneficial to all. One has to take responsibility for their actions. Brittany had choices. Obviously she has made some wrong choices. She is no longer in control of her life. Drugs and alcohol now control her. It is now the media’s and the courts responsibility to intervene and get her the help that she deserves. If she commits suicide, accidentally hurts someone, or if she dies of an overdose the media and the judge will have to live with that, knowing that they had the power to help and did nothing but stand by and succumb to the entertainment value that is placed on such negative media attention.
