Britney Spears Opens Up, Hits The Spa
The year of 2007 has proven to be a hard year for Britney Spears. Her divorce, failed dating relationships, head shaving, and rehab have all been low points for the successful singer. And as she looks back over the first half of this year, she is trying to learn from her mistakes.
According to her Web site, Britney, “genuinely did not know what to do with myself” following her split from husband Kevin Federline. “I think it is actually normal for a young girl to go out after a huge divorce.”
"I have had to cut so many people out of my life,” lamented Brit on her website, adding that some of her friends had tried to take advantage of her wealth. “You never know another persons intentions or what another person wants. I feel I was too open and looking for answers when I had it all to begin with.”
Spears, who has sold over 31 million albums domestically, continues to focus on the more positive aspects of her life; Sean Preston and Jayden James. She is also poised to make the comeback of this century. For Britney, vindication will be sweet.
