Britney Spears: On The Brink Of Losing Custody

It’s hard to believe that Britney Spears’ situation could get much worse. But believe it or not, the “Gimme More” singer could be in for a rude awakening as early as this week regarding her custody battle with ex-husband Kevin Federline.

According to inside sources, hot shot lawyer Gloria Allred is supplying a “secret witness” that is said to be the trump card that K-Fed is counting on to win him custody of Jayden James and Sean Preston.

This “secret witness” wrote an official declaration and signed it last week. And Allred filed the report with the court immediately. Rumor has it that the declaration is very critical of Spears’ parenting skills and even details some drug usage by the troubled singer in the presence of her kids.

And the witness may or may not be recognizable to the public. She told press, “You may recognize him as we walk into court. But maybe not. He is not famous. He’s just someone who’s concerned about the kids.”
