Britney Spears: No More Driving Kids

We all saw this coming, but yesterday a judge made it official… Britney Spears was ruled as unfit to drive her two sons Jayden James and Sean Preston.

According to K-Fed’s lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, this case is continuing, and will be revisited down the line.  “Orders were made. ... I can’t discuss the content of those orders.  Documents have not been released by the court, and I don’t know if they will be. The matter will be continued at a future date.”

And an insider told press, “The tape of Britney running the red light was not viewed today, but it was a major point of the hearing.  Britney’s lawyers brought in an expert who argued that, for whatever reason, Britney could have made the turn through the red light.”

Britney’s lawyer, Anne Kiley (another new lawyer?), told press that everything “was great.” However, if Brit’s not able to chauffeur her boys, you gotta wonder how great she’s really feeling.
