Britney Spears Loses Custody Of Her Kids
According to breaking reports, Britney Spears has lost physical custody of her two sons - Sean Preston and Jayden James.
The troubled pop princess, who was spotted out to dinner at Taverna Tony’s with the boys just last night, now has less than 48 hours left with her children before handing them over to full-time guardian, Kevin Federline.
TMZ reports tell that County Superior Court Judge Scott Gordon issued an order stating that K-Fed “is to retain physical custody of the minor children on Wednesday, October 3, 2007 at 12:00 PM until further order of the court.”
It was also indicated that Federline’s attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, brought up the fact that Britney’s been driving the kids around without a valid California driver’s license. Many believe that this may have been the straw that broke the camel’s back.
Update: According to X17, Britney took her sons to Carl Jr’s. Hamburger joint at 12:02 PM (PST) today, then handed Jayden and Sean over to Kevin Federline’s bodyguards just 3 minutes later - even though she could have kept her boys until Wednesday.

It’s about time someone took them....she needs time to “find” herself, and as mean as it sounds, her children need to be out of that environment.
I’m not saying she’s a bad mom, but she’s a lost person, she needs to focus on herself getting better.

While K-fed gaining full custody seemed to be pretty inevitable as events progressed last week, it’s still a sad comedy of errors on Britney’s part. It’s like, is she trying to write a manual on how to lose custody of your kids? For example driving without a license. I hope we can all learn some valuable how-not-to lessons from Britney.

Sorry britney but your a lousy mum and i personaly am glad that you are no longer responsible for your 2 children.not that you really were anyway. if they had grown up and realise what was going on with their mum britney they would’ve probably been so embaressed.i don’t don’t think that she can successfully make a musical comeback when her personal life is splashed across all the magazines. in a way i kinda feel sorry for her. she used to be the yound innocent popstar but now she’s turned into an over used, over-rated slutty lip singer.
