Britney Spears Is Still Lookin’ To Party

As reported previously by the Gossip Girls, Britney Spears spent last evening at the local jail being booked for hit and run charges.

Stemming from an August 6th run-in with a parked car, the troubled pop tart will reportedly be in court on October 26th for the incident, just one day after a scheduled custody hearing.

After leaving the Van Nuys County Jail, the Gimme More singer took a few moments to talk with a CBS reporter, but had little to say besides “Where’s the party?”

The exchange between the two is as follows:

How did it go?
“Amazing.”

What was the experience like?
“They were nice. They were really nice.”

Do you feel relieved?
“Yeah.”

What are you guys doing tonight?
“Where’s the party at?” [laughs]

Any plans for Halloween?
“Not yet.”

No outfits for the kids?
“Um, not yet.”
