Britney Spears Is Feeling Better

Despite being ”too sick“ to attend a court deposition hearing yesterday afternoon, Britney Spears seemed to recover quickly - as she was spotted out cruising around Hollywood until 2 o’clock this morning.

According to a spectator on the scene, “(Britney) arrived at the gas station on the evening of December 12th with a new female companion. The white Mercedes pulled into the station and a brunette Spears walked out to get some cigarettes. When she walked up to the door, a pap told her the place was closed.”

The insider continued on, “She then jokingly asked if she could bum a cigarette off of someone. As usual, she got many offers, but didn’t respond and instead stepped back into her car.”

And, as could be expected, the Gimme More singer was soon questioned whether or not she was feeling better. To this, Spears “nodded and smiled.”

Continuing to tell about the scene, the souce adds, “Her assistant friend pumped her gas for her and after a few minutes Britney said, ‘It didnt go up,’ commenting on how the gas meter was still on empty. Then she said she would pump the gas herself, and when word spread, Spears hesitated and changed her mind.”

To cap it all off, “Brit drove away after filling up, but seemed to have forgotten her gas pumping friend.”

After backtracking and scooping up her forgotten passenger, Miss Spears then headed off to retreat at the Four Seasons hotel, capping off yet another interesting evening.
