Britney Spears Gets Ready For Court

She spent the weekend in Kentwood, Louisiana for her sister Jamie Lynn’s baby shower, but as soon as she returned to Los Angeles, Britney Spears was back at it in the gym.

The “Gimme More” singer was spotted over at Century City’s Bally’s Total Fitness yesterday sporting a white muscle shirt and a pair of blue terrycloth warm-up pants.

And today, Miss Spears will face a judge to see how she’s been doing in the realm of getting her life back in order. Though she’s been keeping a low profile and making all the right moves, experts say it’s unlikely that her custody arrangement will be changed so soon.

An uninvolved California family lawyer told press, “As long as Britney remains under a conservatorship, she has a long way to go before the court views her as a capable mother.”
