Friday, January 12, 2007 Britney Spears Gets $3200 Dog
In a move to possibly replace the void left by the absence of K-Fed, Britney has decided to cough up the credit card and picked up a miniscule “tea-cup apple head Chihuahua”. The credit card bill for the pup...a mere $3,200. One way to look at it is the dog will probably be cheaper than K-Fed, in the long run. It is obvious that K-Fed’s salary could not support his stays in luxury hotels, and his designer clothing and diamond jewelry purchases.
Meanwhile, this Chihuahua is not the first for Brit. She’s had three other Chihuahuas before – Lucky, Lacy, and Bit-Bit. The latest little yipper’s name? Snow White, at least for now.
Britney continued opening her pocketbook by surprising a homeless man at La Cienega Boulevard and Third Street the other day. She rolled down her window and handed him $300 in cash. “Good luck and happy new year,” were her words of encouragement. Is this the beginning of the new Britney that we have heard so much talk of lately? It seems to be a good move....from crotch shots and blackouts to puppies and charitable acts. The question is, can she keep it up? Bookmark this Story | Share with a Friend
