Britney Spears’ Ex-Bodyguard Speaks Out

As reported previously by the Gossip Girls, Britney Spears’ former bodyguard took to the courtroom last week - offering up testimony detrimental to the “Gimme More” singer’s child custody case with Kevin Federline.

And while the court kept Tony Barretto’s testimony under wraps, the former Spears caretaker recently blabbed about his reasoning behind the move, which could help to keep Brit away from her kids.

Barretto told British tabloid News Of The World, “I gave evidence to the court because Britney is out of control and needs help. I have done this for her children. She’s not a good mother. She has mental problems. With her drug and booze issues, her home is no place for kids to be raised.”

Continuing to give details, Tony said, “There were times when Britney appeared to be under the influence near them. It was frightening.”

Meanwhile, Barretto, who was reportedly fired for “not hearing Britney ask him to pick up her hat,” claims it’s his hope that his testimony will help Britney snap out of her stupor.

“I hope this will be a wake-up call to her. I like Britney. All I want is for her to be a success and a good mom.”
