Tuesday, January 15, 2008 Britney Spears’ Black Monday
It wasn’t what Britney Spears was hoping for, but then again, she should have seen it coming. Yesterday, Los Angeles Superior Court Commissioner Scott Gordon indefinitely suspended the “Gimme More” singer’s visitation rights with her two sons. As previously reported by the Gossip Girls, Brit neglected to show up to her court hearing in a timely fashion, but rather frolicked around town in her wedding gown, and grabbed lunch before changing her clothes and heading to the courthouse. The next hearing is set for February 19th and until then, Jayden James and Sean Preston will be in the care of their father, Kevin Federline. And while it makes him feel good to know that his kids will be safe, K-Fed’s attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, says the former Mr. Britney Spears isn’t doing any victory dances.
“The word victory is not something that Mr. Federline or his counsel would ascribe to the results of the court. There is no joyous feeling. This is a grave situation for everybody. And while we believe Mr. Federline is pleased that the court did make an order that we feel is an appropriate, there is no joy in it for him.”

COMMENTS Britney is a complete train wreck, self-destructing before the public. She better change course before something really unfortunate happens. Posted by on 01/15 at 11:33 AM
