Brad Pitt is Motorcycle Sexy
Some lucky paparazzi happened upon a helmeted Brad Pitt outside the Beverly Wilshire Hotel yesterday. And he was looking rugged in a black leather coat and distressed jeans as he readied himself to ride off into the sunset.
Unfortunately, the “Fight Club” actor’s efforts to make a positive impact on the Hurricane-ridden city of New Orleans have been tarnished a bit by a “fraudster.”
During a photo op earlier this month, Pitt posed with Robert Green outside one of the new “Make It Right” houses. Little did he know that he was standing next to a convicted housing fraud offender.
An internet blogger blew the whistle on the photo. “Poor Brad Pitt. The well-intentioned fellow has no idea who he is dealing with. The tragically described gentleman he is hugging in the photo, Robert Green, was convicted on 11 April 2007 in New Orleans Federal Court for engaging in one of the largest housing-fraud schemes ever perpetrated against HUD (Department Of Housing And Urban Development) in the New Orleans Area.”
It just goes to show you can never be too careful. Green was convicted of attempting to obtain fraudulent loans from the HUD.
