Blake Lively and Ed Westwick’s Morning Set Call
Ready to dive into another tantalizing episode of their CW drama, Blake Lively and Ed Westwick were spotted heading to the set of “Gossip Girl” earlier this morning (April 17).
Besides working on the show, Blake, who plays Serena van der Woodsen in the teen drama, has been busy doing interviews to promote the release of brand new episodes beginning on April 21.
Talking about how she almost turned down the show, Blake told Blender magazine: “[I thought] if there are pet monkeys wearing coordinating outfits, that’s not something I’m going to want to be a part of…. ”
And of the weirdness of Internet Message boards, Miss Lively tells: “Yeah, it’s kind of crazy but after the first Sisterhood trailer even came out, um, I guess it’s maybe I’m the only person with long blonde hair in Hollywood. I don’t know, but everyone was like, ‘Oh, she should be Serena.’”
