Birkhead, Dannielynn DNA A Done Deal

Update: According to the latest reports from TMZ and MSNBC, Larry Birkhead and Dannielynn “were both at a Bahamas doctor’s office at 9 this morning and had samples taken. Howard K. Stern’s DNA was not taken because by law there is a presumption that he’s the father since he’s listed as such on the birth certificate.”

This means that there was no attempt by Howard K. Stern to appeal the decision. From this point, “if Birkhead’s DNA matches Dannielynn’s, he can then challenge Stern to pony up DNA and fight for custody.”

It was also noted that the samples will be analyzed at a DNA lab in Columbus, Ohio and will be sent back to the Bahamas in four days.

Just imagine… by this weekend, we’ll know for sure whether or not Birkhead’s claims are true!
