Beyonce and Jay-Z: New Year’s Eve in St. Barts

Continuing their relaxing Caribbean getaway, Beyonce Knowles and Jay-Z were spotted out and about in St. Barts earlier this week (December 31).

The “Hard Knock Life” rapper and his “Bootylicious” wife looked to be having a marvelous time as they hung out on a boat, and made their way around town.

And it sounds like 2009 is going to be yet another banner year for Knowles, as she began the New Year with a fourth week atop the Billboard Hot 100 chart with her hit “Single Ladies (Put a Ring on It).”

According to Nielsen SoundScan, the track sold an incredible 382,000 digital downloads last week, an increase of 157%.
