Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner: Out in Brentwood

Walking in and out separately, a noticeably pregnant Jennifer Garner and husband Ben Affleck were spotted checking out the building site of what’s rumored to be their new house in Brentwood on Wednesday (July 30).

The superstar couple, who are currently expecting their second child together, have been busily trying to find just the right perch to raise their 2-year-old daughter, Violet, and her unborn sibling.

And while there’s been no official confirmation regarding the baby-on-the-way (as it’s not even needed at this point), director Kevin Smith told press that Affleck and Garner are indeed expecting their second child.

Smith said: “He (Affleck) came over last week and told me ‘I’m having another baby!’ I said ‘right on!’ He’s a good dad, man. He said the pregnancy is wonderful news and the couple are looking for a bigger house now.”
