Balthazar Getty: No More Brothers & Sisters?

Jetting around during the holiday season, Balthazar Getty was spotted arriving at LAX Airport over the weekend to catch a flight out of Los Angeles.

The "Struggle" stud has been in the news as of late - as it's rumored that he is being eased off of his TV show "Brothers & Sisters" due to tensions on the set.

According to on-set insiders, Getty and the producers are already in talks on how best work his character out of the storyline - although killing him off is said to be ruled out.

According to an E! News report, sources say "Getty has few friends left among the cast and crew of the hit ABC drama because of questionable behavior that allegedly began shortly after he left his wife and mother of his four children, Rosetta, in July and started dating British starlet Sienna Miller."

Meanwhile, Getty's rep is denying the whole story, saying that Getty is still on the series which starts back up with new episodes on January 4.
