Bad News For Michelle Rodriguez

It looks like Kiefer Sutherland isn’t the only Hollywood star that’ll be doing hard time in the coming months.  Yesterday Michelle Rodriguez learned her fate: six months behind bars for violating her probation in her DUI case.

The Fast and the Furious actress was directed to report to a Lost Angeles County jail no later than Christmas Eve, December 24th.  This year, “Merry Christmas” won’t have quite the same ring to it for Rodriguez.

According to the Los Angeles City Attorney’s office, “[She] admitted violating her probation by failing to provide proof of completion of her community service and for consuming alcohol three times while wearing an alcohol-monitoring device.”

As a bonus, Michelle will complete 30 days of roadside cleanup after she gets out of the slammer.  After her long string of DUI arrests, probation violations, and preferential treatment (she served four hours for a 2-month sentence at one point) Rodriguez is finally having to face the music.
