Avril Lavigne’s Prive Party

After spending a quiet Christmas relaxing with rocker husband Deryck Whibley, Avril Lavigne was all geared up to party the New Year in with her man in Las Vegas.

The Girlfriend singer was host of a happening bash at Prive, which is located inside the Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino.

The 23-year-old, who had a blast popping the champagne cork during a toast, helped her fellow party goers count down to midnight while Lil’ Jon provided some of his crunktastic beats.

Meanwhile, in just two short months, Avril will be kicking off her 2008 World Tour with a March 5th opening set at the Save on Foods Memorial Centre in Victoria, British Columbia.
