Avril Lavigne: Shacking Up with Greasy Bear?

It was announced in September that she was headed for divorce, and it looks as if Avril Lavigne has wasted no time moving on from ex, Deryck Whibley.

According to Perez Hilton, the “Sk8ter Boi” singer was spotted earlier this week, house hunting in Beverly Hills and Hollywood Hills with oil heir, Brandon Davis.

A source revealed, “She and Brandon aren’t sure where the romance is headed. But Brandon has never lived with a woman before, so it’s a big commitment on his part.”

Lavigne, 25, cited irreconcilable differences to end her three-year marriage.
