Avril Lavigne Rocks Out for Spike Lee

We’ve watched her grow up from a teenage punk princess to a major pop music force, and last night Avril Lavigne was ready to rock at the premiere of Spike Lee’s Collaboration Film.

The “Best Damn Thing” rockstar arrived on the blue carpet outsid the Nokia Plaza and Theatre at LA Live looking fun and flirty in an animal print zip-up hoodie teamed with long black shorts and black sneakers.

Once inside, Avril took the stage like a seasoned pro, looking hot in a pink and white striped half-button polo-style shirt with black pinstriped shorts and a pair of black Doc Martens boots.

As for the recent rumors that Lavigne and husband Deryck Whibley are on the outs, they were put to rest on Monday night when Avril and Deryck emerged from a dinner date at Madeo holding hands and looking very loved-up.
