Audrina Patridge: Hanging With Sis

While it may seem that she’s too caught up in the whole Hollywood scene at times, Audrina Patridge still knows how to put family first.

And yesterday the “Hills” hottie was spotted on her way to a medical center with her sister Casey Patridge and niece Sadie Raine.

In related news, FOX Pop Tarts’ Hollie McKay recently reported that Miss Patridge is the object of many designers’ affection, with “thousands of dollars worth of goodies” heading her way on a regular basis. Another top name designers aim for is her Hills gal pal Lauren Conrad.

A publicist told Tarts, “The fashion houses really want those girls wearing their product. They’re photographed a lot and are known just for being cool Hollywood girls.”

But when it comes to hooking up Heidi Montag, most designers pass. “They don’t want their stuff on Heidi, even despite the fact that she is very media-friendly and is photographed a lot. It’s just not the caliber of celebrity most clients go for.”
