Ashley Tisdale’s Night at the Theater

Always one to appreciate a nice theatrical work, Ashley Tisdale took in the stage performance of a Catholic Girl’s Guide to Losing Your Virginity at Pico Playhouse over the weekend.

Thouroughly enjoying the evening, the High School Musical actress even stuck around to schmooze with fellow VIPer’s at the afterparty.

The play is told to be about: “A good midwestern girl who decides to eschew her religious beliefs when she realizes her priest has a more vigorous sex life than she does. Now all she has to do is find the right man to whip off her chastity belt.”

In other news on Miss Tisdale, the 22-year-old is readying to shoot her debut film as a lead, titled They Came From Upstairs.

In the movie, “Tisdale will be joined by Robert Hoffman, who is credited for Vanished and has an upcoming film called Step Up 2 the Streets, Carter Jenkins of Viva Laughlin, and Austin Butler, who is known for his role on Ned’s Declassified School Survival Guide. The film will also feature Ashley Boettcher and Henri and Regan Young,” tells The Hollywood Reporter.
