Ashley Tisdale’s Morning Workout, Studio Stop

Out early in the morning for the sake of fitness, Ashley Tisdale was spotted squeezing in a workout at the gym in Los Angeles on Wednesday (July 13).

Accompanied by an unknown male friend, the High School Musical hottie strolled out to the car following her sweat session - looking cute in a white East High Wildcats hoodie along with white shorts and flip-flops.

After heading home for a shower and change of clothes, Tizzie and her pal then ventured back out - making their way to Warner Bros. records for an afternoon business meeting.

Meanwhile, the 23-year-old Disney starlet is currently awaiting the release of two new movies in which she stars - “High School Musical 3: Senior Year”, which hits theaters on October 24th, as well as “They Came from Upstairs”, which has a February 13, 2009 release date.

Miss Tisdale also is rumored to be starring alongside Danny Salomon in a film titled “You Wish”, which tells the story of “a high school senior getting his very own genie to help him win the girl of his dreams.”
