Ashlee Simpson: Planning Her Own Fashion Line

Finding herself with plenty of free time on her hands since being dropped from the “Melrose Place” cast, Ashlee Simpson is planning on trying her luck in the fashion industry.

With the latest rumors pointing towards a name called the Ashlee Simpson Collection, a source tells Star magazine, “Ashlee wants to start a clothing line. She wants it to be both preppy and punk rock.”

Hoping to find success in an already celebrity-saturated market, the insider adds, “She thinks she can really succeed in fashion.”

Along with her stylish endeavors, Miss Simpson is also said to be planning on playing Roxy Hart in “Chicago” for London’s West End.
