Ashlee Simpson: Tour on Hold

It’s been a crazy couple of months for Ashlee Simpson… she’s released a new album, gotten married, and announced her pregnancy. And now it’s time for a break, it seems.

Normally, an artist would launch a massive tour following the release of a new album, but the “Little Miss Obsessive” recently postponed her concert schedule, according to her publicist.

“After careful consideration, Ashlee Simpson has decided to postpone her summer tour. She is committed to giving her fans the best show possible, and will be back better than ever and ready to rock in the future.”

Over the weekend, Ashlee and her parents Tina and Joe were spotted at the grand opening party of the Palms Place where hubby Pete Wentz was manning the deejay booth.

At one point, he played “Power of Love,” announcing, “This is dedicated to my father-in-law Joe Simpson. I definitely have the power of love for you.” He also dedicated a song to his “babymama.”
