Anne Hathaway’s Rainy BFI Red Carpet Walk

Enduring what was a rainy red carpet walk, Anne Hathaway was out in London for the premiere of her new movie, “Rachel Getting Married,” at the BFI London Film Festival on Monday (October 20).

Taking place at the Odeon West End in Leicester Square, Anne wore a long blue gown, cheerily telling press: “I’ve been rained on and almost tripped on the red carpet.”

The 25-year-old brunette’s romantic drama is about “a young woman who has been in and out from rehab for the past 10 years returning home for the weekend for her sister’s wedding.”

Asked about the Oscar buzz surrounding her film, Hathaway told the AP that it was “really cool but a little premature to get excited about.”

Also in attendance checking out the hyped flick was “Crash” actress Thandie Newton, who was accompanied by husband Ol Parker.
