Anne Hathaway Premieres “Rachel Getting Married”

She had a big hit this summer with “Get Smart” and it looks like Anne Hathaway has another winner on her hands with her new film “Rachel Getting Married” (in theaters October 3rd).

The “Princess Diaries” hottie was spotted at the big Hollywood premiere held at the Writers’ Guild Theatre last night (September 15), where she held everyone’s attention in her strapless frilly black and white gown and sparkly shoes.

During her red carpet posedown, Anne told press that she was drawn to the role because of its far-reaching possibility for helping viewers gain real-life perspective.

“I’m lucky to be a part of movies that seem to be impacting people and causing them to re-evaluate their lives or even how they think about things.”
