Anna Nicole Smith Was Focus of FBI Investigation
Coming as a posthumous report, new details reveal that the FBI investigated Anna Nicole Smith for her role in a plot to kill her tycoon husband’s son before the issue was dropped after her death.
The just released records from the feds tell that Anna Nicole was investigated in 2000 and 2001 for her possible role in a murder-for-hire plot against E. Pierce Marshall.
While many of the pages from the investigation were whited out before being released, one excerpt shows an agent writing, “Smith adamantly denied ever contemplating such a crime.”
In 2001, Assistant U.S. Attorney Sally Meloch decided that she had “determined that there is insufficient evidence to establish that there was a murder-for-hire plot by Ms. Smith to kill Pierce Marshall.”
Of the recent revelations, the attorney for Anna Nicole’s estate, Kent Richland, said, “I have not heard anything about that.”

Well I do hope that the FBI will investigate it very well.. Too many people involved and it’s not good.. As they say Justice delayed, justice denied, I hope that it won’t happen..
