Maintaining her exercise regime, Anna Kournikova was spotted heading to a fitness center in Miami, Florida earlier today (December 10).

The Russian tennis hottie looked sporty as she made her way past the paparazzi, carrying her Birkin bag and sporting some sweats.

Anna recently participated in Elton John’s WTT Smash Hits tennis fundraiser in Baton Rouge, Louisiana to benefit the Elton John AIDS foundation and other AIDS-related charities.

She joined stars like Serena Williams, Andy Roddick, Billie Jean King, and Lindsay Davenport as they raised $640,000, including $200,000 for AIDS charities in Baton Rouge.
