Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt: Charitable Couple
They’ve always been known for their philanthropic work and according to a recent report, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt were mighty generous last year.
In fact, the “Fight Club” stud and his “Mr. and Mrs. Smith” partner gave away more than $6.8 million in 2008, more than double their 2007 contributions.
Brangelina gave $2 million to Global Health, $1 million to Human Rights Watch, $1 million to Brad’s Make it Right Foundation, $500,000 to Armed Services YMCA of the US Army, $50,000 to the Springfield, Missouri Public Schools, and roughly a million dollars to projects in Cambodia.
In addition, Brad and Angelina’s Jolie-Pitt Foundation took in over $13 million overall, thanks to various donations and efforts.
