Amy Winehouse’s Complexion Woes
Battling skin problems, Amy Winehouse was spotted leaving her London pad to pay a visit to her incarcerated hubby, Blake Fielder-Civil, on Monday (March 3).
Of the noticeable complexion woes, the Rehab singer was recently diagnosed with impetigo, her spokesman informed people magazine.
“It’s a bacterial skin infection that causes pimple-like lumps and is is highly contagious, and scratching or touching the sores is likely to spread the infection to other parts of the body as well as to other people,” according to press reports.
Since meeting with a doctor, Amy has been prescribed a topical cream. “She’s fine,” a pal said, adding, “She’s not hiding away. She’s never been one to care what people think.”
