Amanda Bynes: Look Your Best For Less

With back to school time upon us, many girls from Elementary School age all the way up to college co-eds are hitting the racks, trying to find that new look for the new year. And Amanda Bynes is doing her part to make sure they don’t go broke.

The Hairspray actress has designed a fashion line for casual retailer Steve & Barry’s stores, and it’s lotsa’ bang for not much buck.

“Dear” is the apparel and accessory line from Bynes, and everything in her new collection is priced $19.98 or less. Yes, you read that correctly.

“I wanted a clothing line that made affordable fashionable, because it is really hard when you’re in school and maybe your parents can’t afford or won’t let you get the expensive clothes and you still want to be wearing the hip thing. I think that it’s now hip to have affordable clothes,” she told press.

Amanada follows in the footsteps of fashion icon Sarah Jessica Parker, who also released her line, “Bitten” at Steve & Barry’s earlier this year. With all of the affordable clothing, the playing field has been leveled for all women trying to look their best.
