Alyssa Milano: Wedding Bells

She’s been America’s sweetheart since her days on “Who’s the Boss,” and now Alyssa Milano has announced that she’s engaged.

The “Fear” actress is reportedly betrothed to David Bugliari, an agent at the Creative Arts Agency, whom she’s been dating for over a year.

Miss Milano was married once before to Cinjun Tate, though they divorced back in 1999.  Ever since, she’s always complained about being unlucky in love.
