Monday, October 19, 2009 Alina Puscau Strips Down for Playboy
Simply stunning, Victoria’s Secret model Alina Puscau showed off her statuesque figure in an 8-page nude pictorial photographed by her boyfriend and Hollywood film director Brett Ratner in Playboy’s November issue. In a pictorial inspired by German photographer and close friend Helmut Newton, Ratner posed Alina with a brunette mannequin, an addition inspired by such movies as 1985’s Weird Science. “It’s that fantasy of creating your own dream girl,” explains Ratner. “Who doesn’t imagine their perfect girl? It’s very cinematic.” Alina has also appeared in advertisements for Ralph Lauren and Gap, and has modeled in fashion pictorials for Vogue and Elle magazines. Aside from modeling, she is trying to break into the music business. Last year, she recorded her first single, “When you Leave (Numa Numa),” which was also accompanied by a music video directed by Ratner. Ratner, who is best known for directing such films as X-Men: The Last Stand and the Rush Hour series, has also recently signed-on to direct the Hugh Hefner biopic with Universal Pictures.
