I think that they all to blame. Akon is to blame for dirty danceing with random people on a stage were everyone watching. I think the girl was to blame because she snuck into a club that she knew she was under age for. and I think the club is to blame because the should have been playing colser attention to ID. Altough I am an Akon fan and still will be after hearing his song(sorry,blame it on me) it proved to me that he really is sorry and I think that it’s time that the club,the girl and her parents step and do there share of apologies.

If that girl is 14 yrs. old, her parents should’ve whooped her a** for being at the concert. Her parents should also file a complaint against the club/club employees, for letting her enter the establishment. You can’t blame Akon, he didn’t know how old she was. Some parents just need to keep a eye on their kids, exspecially if they’re hot in the a** like that one. But hey thats just my opinion.

Anyways, aside from my rant telling people to learn how to f**king spell, I really think people need to tone themselves down on this issue.  Here’s my two cents:

1)Akon didn’t know the girl personally, so there is no way he knew the girl’s age.

2) The girl cannot be held accountable because she is a child, although at 14 I’m pretty sure she knew what she was doing was wrong.  The way she was dressed, she was trying to appear older than she was.

3) The place he was performing at was SUPPOSED to be a +18 establishment; they are the ones that would be held legally responsible if there were to be any repercussions.

All in all, this whole thing got blown out of proportion.
