Adoptive Ambitions For Penelope Cruz
Penelope Cruz spoke to Marie Claire about her ambitions beyond showbiz, focusing on her desire to start a family.
Not only does Penelope wish to have kids of her own, but she also has hopes of adopting some day.
“Of course I want to have kids,” the 32-year-old Cruz recently told the Spanish edition of Marie Claire. “I want to have my own kids, but also adopt. For a while I’ve had the feeling that my life won’t be complete if I don’t adopt.”
Who the proud father of Penelope’s children will end up being is still up in the air. Cruz split with Matthew McConaughey last year and has recently been linked with Josh Hartnett, who she spent time with recently on a Caribbean vacation. Even so, the Spanish actress says that she’s currently single, but adds nothing more.
“Yes (I’m single), but that’s all I’m going to say,” she replied when asked about the topic. “I know in past interviews I talk about my job, but the article only talks about my [personal] life. I’m not entering into that game.”
The single life of Penelope Cruz is not all that bad, however, as she says she’s enjoying life in LA.
“I didn’t like it immediately, but now it’s good. I’ve got a circle of dear friends; I love my house and my little dog Vino.”

i think it’s great that she wants to have children of her own and adopt because she will make a great mom and there are children out there that need loving homes. as for her having children naturally, she should hook up with orlando bloom because they make a cute and gorgeous couple and what about what happened at princes oscar party. if she wants a compassionate, down to earth person, and who treats her well that is orlando because he is like this too. they should hook up together and have children, he has always said he wants kids. he’s hot, she’s beautiful, that would be a hot hookup. forget josh hartnett penelope, go for orlando bloom.
