2008 Emmy Awards Red Carpet Style
The stars are out on the red carpet at the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles, as the 2008 Primetime Emmy Awards are almost underway.
Among those in the crowd were “Desperate Housewives” actresses Teri Hatcher and Nicollette Sheridan, along with “The Office” actress Jenna Fischer and the night’s hosts, among others.
As for what’s on tap this evening, the retro ‘60s drama “Mad Men” and legal thriller “Damages” are eyeing Emmy history as basic cable’s first best-series nominees.
Meanwhile, stars such as Steve Carell and Tony Shalhoub will be battling for Outstanding Lead Actor In A Comedy Series, while Christina Applegate and America Ferrera face off for the Outstanding Lead Actress In A Comedy Series trophy.
