He cheats on her and will now take half of her earnings.  Poor Reese.

If Reese filed this custody proposal in November, why did it take Ryan so long to decide to respond with a counter proposal???If they have joint legal custody, it isn’t unusual for such young children to be domiciled with one parent and the other parent has unlimited visitation. And frankly, under California law, Ryan GETS half. So the notion of spousal support...IN ADDITION TO half of the marital assets is crazy. MAybe Ryan just realized that Reese might have a man in her life her children might get to really like. And he’s jealous. But then, he gets jealous of Reese a lot. He’s emotionally a teenager...and a cheat.
