This story is completely false!

Kim, Kourtney, and Khloe were in Cabo hosting a party, and though they met Adrien there is no romance going on between Kim and Adrien. They simply met and like usual whenever Kim is around someone people tend to link her to them romantically. There is no truth to it, what so ever.

Adrien is dating a non celebrity at this point in time and I don’t believe they have broke it off.
