Driving a brand new Audi, Zac was spotted picking up his High School Musical co-star girlfriend for a romantic lunch at the Arome Cafe in Studio City just yesterday afternoon.

Wow, when it rains it pours for Vanessa Hudgens.  First the world is given nude pictures of the High School Musical actress via Internet, and now she’s being sued and in the midst of breakup rumors.  Sheesh!

According to court papers, a former lawyer for Hudgens is going after her via lawsuit for an alleged $150,000 in unpaid fees.  Brian L. Schall filed the paperwork earlier this week in the Los Angeles Superior Court.
