With Australian-based Fashion magazine being the first to publish the forbidden Nick Lachey/Vanessa Minnillo sex-tub shots, there is growing worry that larger publications will follow suit.  But Nick’s not making any apologies for getting freaky with his girl.

Lachey and Minnillo were vacationing in Mexico when Mexican paparazzi grabbed some steamy shots of the couple getting it on in the hotel jacuzzi.  And their lawyers told press not to publish the illegally-obtained pictures – with all but one heeding the warnings, thus far.

Nick and Vanessa have warned American magazines not to buy/publish any sexy pics of them.  This is all happening thanks to some snooping Mexican paparazzi that snapped some ultra revealing pictures of the couple getting freaky.

Vanessa has been said to be in talks with producers about putting together a “reality-style” show to document her daily life.  “The show would just follow her around in her day. She really wants to be famous,” leaked an industry insider.
