Eva Longoria has done well for herself as Gabrielle Solis on Desperate Housewives. Longoria will likely continue to do well… that is, if she can learn how to keep her mouth shut.

The sultry actress has infuriated her ABC employers by recently discussing details of Desperate Housewives on national television.

Unfortunately for ABC, Eva forgot that she is supposed to wait for the episode to come out before she can reveal the juicy Desperate Housewives’ gossip. 

Idol Boots Barba, Offers Keep Comin’

America made its decision the other night and Antonella Barba was sent packing as a result.  Although she is only one of four who have been recently booted, Antonella has received a little extra attention due to some racy photos found on the internet.

Everyone expected Antonella to be voted off, but the question was when it would happen.  The lack of emotion in Barba’s singing and the controversial pictures of her left viewers wondering why she was still on air.  The answer, people wanted more photos!

Fox Dominates Ratings With “Idol” and “5th Grader”

Three nights of simple family entertainment that made it easy for parents and their children to watch television together helped lead Fox to another dominant week in the ratings.

Fox coupled three episodes of “American Idol” with three installments of the new trivia show “Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader?” in last weeks lineup. Jeff Foxworthy hosts the game show, which shows parents getting stumped by questions from grade school textbooks. It happened to be the most-watched series premiere in eight years (just behind the premiere of “Jesse” which ran in NBC’s Thursday night lineup that dominated during its time period) with 27 million viewers.

Jason Wahler Jailed Over Beatings

Jason Wahler, a star in the hit MTV shows, “The Hills” and “Laguna Beach”, has been sentenced to sixty days in jail for punching a city worker and tow truck driver during an altercation last year.

According to Fox news reports, this is how it went down… “Wahler was traveling in a car with friends when their vehicle was blocked by a tow truck attempting to move an illegally parked car. Wahler jumped out of his vehicle and began yelling at the city worker and one of two tow truck drivers. Wahler, whose blood alcohol level was .22 percent at the time, then punched one tow operator, as well as the city worker.”
