Giving her two-year-old daughter a taste of the urban lifestyle, Katie Holmes was spotted hanging out with Suri on a Manhattan playground yesterday (August 5).

The “Mad Money” mommy held a mobile phone in one hand (probably talking to husband Tom Cruise) and her little girl’s hand in the other as they frolicked on the swings and jungle gym.

Finished up with the filming of her TV cameo, Katie Holmes was spotted enjoying a relaxing afternoon away from the set in Los Angeles on Saturday (July 19).

Accompanied by her mother Kathleen and daughter Suri Cruise, the lovely ladies stepped out for a shopping trip at The Grove’s American Girl store - where they shopped and grabbed a quick bite to eat.

Making a cameo appearance on TV is the ‘in’ thing to do these days and Britney Spears, Lindsay Lohan, and Victoria Beckham have all had rave reviews for their bit parts.  And the latest celebrity to appear on a TV set was Katie Holmes, who was cheered on by her Top Gun hubby Tom Cruise as she filmed a cameo role.

The super sexy Scientology couple was spotted along with daughter Suri (Tom’s mom also stopped by) on the Los Angeles, California Union Station set of the ABC dramedy Eli Stone yesterday looking blissful.

TomKat’s Fourth of July Festivities

There was a strong show of patriotism throughout the celebrity world yesterday, and Tom Cruise led the way - carrying his two-year-old daughter Suri while taking in the Fourth of July festivities near his home in Telluride, Colorado on Friday.

Accompanied by wife Katie Holmes and son Conner, 13, the Top Gun stud wore a cowboy hat while Suri donned a headband with two American flags sticking out of it.
